How can I order?
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements and area. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.
We try our best to deliver items as fast as we can. Please schedule delivery day and time upon checkout. Average delivery times are 3-4 days.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 48 hours prior to delivery. If you wish to cancel after 48 hours prior to delivery you may be subject to a $100 restocking fee.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@cozypeachfurniture.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
