Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with in 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Replacements of items purchased online are permitted within 48 hours of delivery if the merchandise is damaged, defective, or missing parts. . Replacements will be made for the merchandise purchased. In addition, replacements may incur a fee equal to the original delivery charge. You may incur a pickup, redelivery, restocking or other fee pertaining to the replacement of the item. To initiate a replacement please contact Customer Support at 404-482-1116 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and they will provide instructions for replacing your merchandise. Please include your original sales order number when contacting Customer Support. You are responsible for returning the merchandise in the condition in which it was delivered.. Once the merchandise has been returned to us, replacements may take up to 10 business days to process. If the original item purchased is no longer available then an exchange for item of equal value may be permitted this is at the discretion of the company.
